ਪਿਛਲੇ ਪਾਠ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਫੋਟੋ ਐਲਬਮ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਪਾਠ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਾਵਰਪੁਆਇੰਟ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਉੱਨਤ (Advanced) ਫੀਚਰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂਗੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਨਵੀਂ ਖਾਲੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ, ਸਲਾਈਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਲੇਆਉਟ ਬਦਲਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਬੈਕਗ੍ਰਾਉਂਡ ਸੈੱਟ ਕਰਨਾ।

• ਬਲੈਂਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਜ਼ੈਂਟੇਸ਼ਨ (Blank Presentation): ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਲਾਈਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ (Content) 'ਤੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
• ਸਲਾਈਡ ਲੇਆਉਟ (Slide Layout): ਇਹ ਤੈਅ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਲਾਈਡ ਉੱਪਰ ਟੈਕਸਟ, ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਰਟ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਣਗੇ।

ਗੂਗਲ ਫਾਰਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਸ ਪਾਠ ਦੇ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ।

In the previous chapter, we learned to create a Photo Album. In this chapter, we will explore advanced features like creating a blank presentation, changing slide layouts, and setting backgrounds.

• Blank Presentation: Gives full control over the design and content of slides.
• Slide Layout: Determines the placement of text, images, and charts on a slide.

2. Creating New Presentation

ਨਵੀਂ ਖਾਲੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਵਰਤ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ:

ਤਰੀਕਾ (Steps):
1. File ਟੈਬ 'ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ।
2. New ਆਪਸ਼ਨ ਚੁਣੋ।
3. Blank Presentation 'ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ Create ਬਟਨ ਦਬਾਓ।
ਸ਼ਾਰਟਕੱਟ: ਕੀਬੋਰਡ ਤੋਂ Ctrl + N ਦਬਾਓ।

To create a new blank presentation, use the following steps:

Steps:
1. Click on File Tab.
2. Select New option.
3. Click Blank Presentation and then Create button.
Shortcut: Press Ctrl + N.

ਅਸੀਂ Design Tab ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਲਾਈਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇਸਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਹਨ:

• ਥੀਮ (Themes): ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਣੇ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਰੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਫੌਂਟ ਸੈੱਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
• ਸੋਲਿਡ ਫਿਲ (Solid Fill): ਸਲਾਈਡ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਇੱਕੋ ਰੰਗ ਭਰਨ ਲਈ।
• ਗਰੇਡੀਐਂਟ ਫਿਲ (Gradient Fill): ਦੋ ਜਾਂ ਵੱਧ ਰੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਣ (Blend) ਭਰਨ ਲਈ।
• ਟੈਕਸਚਰ/ਪੈਟਰਨ (Texture/Pattern): ਲੱਕੜ, ਪੱਥਰ ਜਾਂ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨਦਾਰ ਪੈਟਰਨ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ।

We can make slides attractive using the Design Tab. Main methods include:

• Themes: Pre-designed sets of colors and fonts.
• Solid Fill: Fills the background with a single solid color.
• Gradient Fill: A blend of two or more colors merging into each other.
• Texture/Pattern: Applying textures (like wood/marble) or patterns (dots/lines).
